We are committed to providing support services to NDIS participants including Support Workers and Coordinators, Psychosocial Recovery Coach, Domestic and Allied Health Services. We also assist with NIDIS access. Our workshops and social events benefit many of our NDIS participants by gaining skills and making social connections.

Escape into our Secret Garden and stimulate your senses and your imagination. Gardening is well known to be one of nature’s wonderful healers. Join us on our therapeutic journey that takes us from the tropics to the desert in our 6-week program.

Mindful Art
Creative activities stimulate the brain and help to calm mind and body and improve mood naturally. It can help bring clarity to our lives and help us have a deeper understanding of what may be happening to us at any given moment.
This course is an invitation to explore multiple art forms in a non-judgemental way allowing us to be curious about what it is we want to express.
